Pressure safety valve:
– About the safety valve
In the case of a safety valve, one of the types of valve is that when the inlet pressure of the valve increases to a predetermined pressure, it is automatically activated to open the valve disk and drain the liquid (steam or Gas), and when the pressure drops to the value previously specified to close the valve disc again.
The safety valve is basically installed in a chemical device, electric power boiler and gas storage tank and prevents the explosion or failure of pressure vessels.
– Safety valve function
1- The “opening” inside the valve starts to receive pressure higher than the inlet side of the valve.
2. When the pressure exceeds the set pressure, the “disk” begins to rise and drain the liquid.
3- When the pressure drops to the predetermined pressure, the force of the spring disc closes.

Pilot-operated Pressure-relief Valves Accepts spring against inlet pressure, pressure reduction and reset pressure
